The room was big size and inviting with 2 beds and they provided wake-up service when I asked. A microwave and a fridge were an advantage. The location offered was awesome just off bike trails and places to eat, and Sparta for a night's sleep.

The room we had was comfortable with firm beds, which was nice after a long day. The location was ideal for accessing nearby biking trails. The hotel could use some cleaning attention in the common areas, which affected the overall ambiance of our stay.

The room was spotlessly clean and inviting and offered a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The staff was outstandingly accommodating at all levels. The location was awesome in the middle of jackson.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after checking out nearby hiking trails and local attractions. The clean rooms and friendly staff. Plus, the continental breakfast had a nice variety to start our day right!
One downside was the shower curtain in our room. It almost fell out of the wall while using it, kind of a letdown.

Room was clean, comfortable bed gave us a good night's sleep. Staff was super friendly, especially this young guy named Aby at check-in, he made the process easy.
A bit pricey for what it is, but acceptable.
